Hello, I am Anne-Gaëlle

Welcome to my world of healing and empowerment. I'm delighted to share my journey with you, so you can get to know the person behind the passion.

Born and Raised in France

My story begins in the picturesque landscapes of Brittany, France, where I was born and raised. The beauty of nature and a deep connection to animals and energies have been an integral part of my life since I can remember.

From Lawyer to Healer

Although I initially pursued a career in law at the Paris bar, a feeling of calling, a longing for something more profound, always simmered within me. I knew I was destined for a different path, one where I could make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

A Lifelong Attraction to Healing Energies

From an early age, I found myself irresistibly drawn to the world of energy healing. It was as if the universe was gently whispering to me, guiding me toward a purpose that aligned with my true self.

Survivor and Warrior

Life threw its fair share of challenges my way. I endured deep childhood trauma and emerged as a survivor of domestic violence and coercive control. These experiences forged me into a resilient warrior, instilling in me the strength and determination to rise above.

Yoga as a Lifeline

During some of my darkest days, I stumbled upon yoga, like a lifeline thrown to a drowning soul. It not only helped me weather the storm but also equipped me with powerful tools to reconnect with my true self and heal my battered nervous system.

A Journey of Learning and Growth

My quest for knowledge and healing led me to embark on a transformative journey. In 2018, I took my first yoga teacher training, and from there, my thirst for knowledge only grew. I delved into trauma-informed yoga, yoga for children, prenatal and postnatal practices, and even ventured into the realm of energy healing.

Certified Healer

Today, I proudly hold certifications as an Emotion Code practitioner and a Reiki practitioner. These tools of healing have become an integral part of my mission to spread positivity and wellness.

Why is a yoga practice so important for children?

Yoga is like a beautiful journey of self-discovery that children can embark upon from an early age. Reiki


What is Reiki?

Reiki Usui, commonly known as Usui Reiki, is a holistic and spiritual healing practice that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. The term "Reiki" is derived from the Japanese words "rei," meaning universal, and "ki," meaning life energy or vital force. Developed by Mikao Usui, a Japanese Buddhist monk and spiritual teacher, Reiki Usui is based on the belief that there is a universal life force energy that flows through all living beings, and disruptions in this energy can lead to illness or stress.

Practitioners of Reiki Usui use a technique called "laying on hands" to channel and transmit healing energy to the recipient. The practitioner acts as a conduit for the universal life force energy, allowing it to flow through their hands to the recipient. The goal is to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and facilitate the body's natural healing processes. Reiki is a non-invasive practice, and recipients remain fully clothed during sessions.

Reiki is often used as a complementary therapy to conventional medical treatments and is believed to promote overall well-being, balance energy, and enhance the body's ability to heal itself.


How does it work?
During a Reiki session, the recipient typically lies down fully clothed in a quiet and comfortable environment. The practitioner, trained in Reiki, begins by placing their hands gently on or near the recipient's body. The practitioner then focuses on channelling the healing energy through their hands, acting as a conduit for the flow of life force energy. This energy is believed to have an innate intelligence that knows where it is needed most for healing.

The session is characterized by a sense of deep relaxation, with recipients often experiencing warmth or subtle sensations as the energy is directed to various areas of the body. Reiki aims to address imbalances in the energy field and promote a state of harmony in the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the individual.

What is Emotion Code?

The Emotion Code is a holistic and energy-based approach aimed at identifying and releasing trapped emotional energies that may be negatively impacting an individual's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Developed from a blend of ancient healing principles and contemporary insights, the Emotion Code seeks to address the notion that unprocessed emotions can become trapped within the body, potentially leading to various forms of discomfort or imbalance.

At its core, the Emotion Code operates on the belief that emotions are energy and that unresolved emotions can create disturbances in the body's energy field. These disturbances, often referred to as "trapped emotions," are thought to contribute to a wide range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, physical pain, and even chronic health issues. The Emotion Code employs a methodical and gentle approach to identify and release these trapped emotions, thus promoting a more harmonious flow of energy throughout the body.


How does it work?

I typically use muscle testing or kinesiology to communicate with the body's innate wisdom and identify areas where trapped emotions might be residing. Once identified, these emotions are released using various techniques that draw upon intention, magnetic energy, and the power of conscious focus. The aim is to allow the body to naturally restore balance, fostering a sense of well-being and emotional clarity.
